Weight Control Banana Bread Oatmeal
Iced coffee - 3 splenda - made at home instead of purchased
Mid Morning Snack
Broccoli Cheddar Soup - down from 1.5 cups to 1
Special K Cracker Chips - 1/2 serving
Mid Afternoon Snack
Ham, Cheese, Spinach, Egg beater mini crust-less quiches
Chocolate Ice Cream
12 minutes dance video - was so sore even this was a push, but didn't want to skip and loose my streak. Someone please tell me the sore part goes away eventually!!!
Lunch was not enough and I was ravenous all afternoon and all evening. Felt like I couldn't get enough to eat. Going to try more protein tomorrow and see if that helps.
