starting again. I knew I had gained some weight back but I finally found the courage to step on the scale to see how much. I'm not ready to add it up for total gained but any amount is too much.
I am back to tracking again on Spark. I just can't lose sight of all the hard work I put in to get where I am today.
A friend reminded me to focus on the positive ... so each day I will highlight one positive thing about getting healthy and losing weight.

Looking forward to tomorrow ... especially when I make it through the evening in my calorie range. Also tomorrow morning will be a nice long walk.
