Yeah. Rather, I should say that I tripped and started to topple over the side of the wagon, but caught the side and am feverishly trying to drag myself back over the side. I've been doing so great since Sunday with tracking everything I put in my mouth, which has cut down significantly on what I'm eating. I've taken my lunch 3 out of 4 days this week at work (yaay!). Yesterday, I skipped the treadmill because I had to work a 10 hour day and by the time I got home, both my kids were completely irritable and ended up staying up until close to 11pm. By then, i was exhausted - the idea of my treadmill went right out the window. This morning, I overslept because of being so tired, so no treadmill before work. I'm desperately trying to muster up the motivation to go hop on it, even if for only ten minutes! But my treadmill is on the porch, and even now after 8pm it's still about 90 degrees with the heat index. Ugh! And to top it off, I had two DELICIOUS slices of toast with Land O Lakes cinnamon sugar butter this afternoon, which has completely sparked my sweet tooth and deadened my energy levels. Luckily, I stopped with those and I'm still under my calorie intake for the day....but ack!
So, my immediate demands....
Summertime ---- GO AWAY! I need 75 degree weather to jog!
Really sweet lady at work that keeps buying me twizzlers ---- Stop before I give up and gain a new 5 pounds!
Whew....okay. I feel better. Beer:30.
