I will try my best, I mess up a lot BUT I will stay here. I need SP and ALL MY FRIENDS
I want to be healthy and feel good about myself again. I know I can and I WILL. I want to be here for my grand children I have three and one on the way in December, we are going to have a wonderful Christmas. We know he is a boy and his name is Brawley. I know that name is not common BUT it is my son n laws MOM'S MAIDEN NAME, That is what makes it special for my daughter and her husband

I walked 21/2 miles by myself today, it was 83% I felt so good after walking. then my son brought snack food in I ate some it was not that much I didn't think until I started adding it all up on here WOW it adds up FAST. It is hard to lose weight BUT SO EACH AND FUN TO GAIN IT. I DON'T MEAN FUN REALLY it IS FUN WHILE WE ARE EATING IT then we add it up and it was not worth it. I will try to do better today which is 9/10./14 now. I need to go to bed, but tomorrow/today I will make better choices

    Super Becky, you did great. You recognized where you needed to cut back and now you will do a better job on tracking on 9/11/14. That is why it is so important for us to write down what we eat through out the day and then track it on spark people. It makes us more aware of what we are actually put into our bodies. Isn't that great. You can also try switching your milk to almond milk unsweetened vanilla flavored. You can have a full 8 ounce glass that is fortified with calcium for 30 calories. Isn't that great too. Once you learn to be a label reader, you can learn what tastes just as good but has fewer calories and is a whole lot healthier for you. Even watch which yogurts you choose, some are loaded with sugar and some are not. Look for the ones with live active cultures, they are the best for women. And do visit DAISYBELLEKIA 's spark page and read her blogs. They are so motivating. I believe that you would really benefit from them.

    Excellent blog, Becky! You just took the first step which is recognizing that even though it was fun eating whatever you want, we still must be accountable for it! Either in the calories now or later!!! That is wonderful that your son made you a snack! Food should be fun-- but, I am now always conscious of what and how much I am eating(if I want to stick to a healthy and weight loss program) that is! KUDDOS TO YOU!!!

Walking is great! Walk off those pounds! Take your son with you!!!

I went on a walk before my husband came home, I got in 2 miles, now we are going to walk in a few. I'm probably will not walk as fast as I did earlier but glad we are going now for a walk

I didn't want to get on the scale this morning BUT I am glad I did

I didn't want to get on the scale today, I had to many carbs last night eating Kroger version of cheerios and I didn't measure it out I just kept eating and eating. I was so ashamed of myself. Losing weight is hard because I am going thru menopause and I don't lose fast at all. I didn't want to het on that scale but I am dedicated to getting healthy so I did. just to prove to myself why I need to measure my food, watch all I eat. I got a SOPRISE I WAS DOWN TO 168 NEW NUMBERS. WOW I'M EXCITED, NOW I think it was from last week, so now I don't want my over eating catch up with me and I gain the weight back, I'm am going to eat healthy and maybe walk this evening. I thought it was going to rain all week, but the news said no more rain after the morning hours. so I need to get out and walk. I'm so HAPPY

I am not feeling well

I am not feeling well, started yesterday morning I woke up around 7 am felt achy all over. took 3 aspirins went back to bed, could not sleep. as the day went on I felt worse. started getting sick at my stomach. This morning got up at 8:45 feeling worse. I went shopping for my mom. my body was aching so bad I didn't want to move but she needed food, and we did too. so I went. came home went to bed, got up husband brought thin crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I had two slices, I always turn to food when I'm sick. and I had a little candy too. went over in fat grams. not a good day
