I don't know why, but sometimes it seems I work out so much better on a day where I have fasted... I need to keep track of how I feel during my workouts, but I am leaning towards working out at least in a fasted state to see if there is a difference. ![]()

Yeah, I have had that too. There are quite a few reasons physiologically why that works well. Only downside is it can increase cortisol and as a result increase belly fat if done incorrectly and increase cravings for carbs so be careful.

I had a nice mother's day yesterday and I hope all you wonderful mothers did as well. I went out to breakfast with my kids and actually did fairly well. I had planned on getting some garden work done yesterday but it just didn't work out maybe today.
Yesterday's Goals:
45 mins of cardio - 50
16 cups of water - 12
High calorie day -
Today's Goals:
60 mins of cardio
16 cups of water
fasting until dinner
