Ok so my daily accountability blogs are gonna need to be more like weekly plans of attack with a recap at the end of the week. This week I only show a .2 lb loss and it upsets me but it is probably bloat and TOM. I am struggling this week to stick to lower carbs and have had a headache for about 3 days. Low carb used to be so easy lol. Today is going to be a higher carb day, we are having a going away lunch for two co workers, and I know there won't be a lot of healthy options. Such is life, and I need to learn how to deal with having a bad food day and not letting it turn into a bad food week/month/ year.
Since BLC weeks are Wednesday- Tuesday here is my plan of attack for this week.
Wednesday - planned higher calorie/carb day
Thursday - fasting day
Friday - low carb
Saturday - low carb
Sunday - low carb skip the cake at the bday party for my niece
Monday - fasting day
Tuesday - low carb
Fitness goals -
