Things got a bit erratic over the holidays, but the last time I weighed myself I was holding steady. So now its time to keep focused on my goals.
I'd like to be at or under 200 lbs by the end of January. In order to meet that goal I have to consume no more than 1,800 calories on non-fast days, or if I take in more than that, I have to burn off the extra calories. That means I can't just pig out on my non-fast days. Moderation is key.
I'm meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow, but first we're taking a 45 minute walk around the lake.
Breakfast: 47 calories
Usually I skip breakfast on fast days, but I woke up hungry this morning.
2 sliced deli-style chicken breast, 1 (yes one!) almond
Lunch: 96 calories
1 cup organic broccoli soup from the carton. Very bland. I added pepper, cayenne, 1 T. milk, 1 T. parmesan
Dinner: 372 calories
Left over chicken thigh & drumstick, baked, no skin
a couple of mushrooms
whole wheat bread
