OHH what a week. It was a birthday, Valentines week with 10th anniversary today. I didn't eat all the greatest but I was able to run again outside In a couple of weeks I am off on my cruise and I know I should get my eating under control. I need to remind myself that even though I don't want to go to the gym...I need to go to help me..
I did take some affirmations
I want to feel light, energetic and joyful
I have the power to achieve any goal I desire
My body becomes more fit and healthy each day
I eat a nutritious breakfast everyday
I recognize the barriers to achieving my goals and I move around them, over them and through them
