Focus on what will be instead of dwelling on what might have been.
We tend to get caught up looking back at the events that occurred in the past in our life and when we do this, we get caught up with the "woulda, shoulda, coulda" talk. However, we must learn that this talk will not do us any good.
Instead we need to focus on the future; the healthy days that are ahead of us and how we are going to accomplish our new healthy goals.
