Och you are doing so well. Big hugs. Actively jealous. Will get an appt with GP on Mon/Tues for a few weeks time (when dv clopixol will be working) to try this summer's attempt.

Thanks for the website you gave me the other day. Have yet to check it out but will do.

I'm living off coffee today and veg juice emoticon. Not a good day head wise so that's what I'm surviving off. Unable to bath and shower again :(. Och that's life.

Have a good time this weekend. Be sure to tell me ALL about it when you get back.

Hugs

I've been procrastinating for a week now on calling a quitting smoking support line. They even offer all the support and patches, gum etc. that you need.
Reading your blog entry has motivated me to finally make the call. Congratulations on *all* of your recovery. emoticon
You truly have a warrior spirit. Keep fighting - one day at a time...

YEAH for you!! Losing weight is not everything... it's the whole package!! Look at what you are all doing for yourself already!! Losing the weight should just be an added bonus. Most people gain weight when they quit smoking... so the fact that you are losing a little bit at a time is HUGE!! Don't underestimate what you are all capable of!! You have proven once again that when you put your mind to it... you CAN DO IT!! You have amazing willpower and determination... and you should be very proud!! That.... AND...

your daughter has a very wonderful mom!! If I don't talk to you before Sunday...

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.... you deserve it!! emoticon

productive and bliss

Tuesday, May 06, 2008

dam i wrote this out before and i lost the blog arrghh!. here goes again.

this morning went great, i went out for coffee with a friend which i met from here, and then i took her to mine and we had lunch and then we talk pepper out with her mum and dad, they all behaved themselves. after that i had to find some motivation to do my daughters bedroom as it was like a bomb hit it. so i said to myself i would just do a little bit just to start off with, i found myself filling up 3 black bin bags full of rubbish, also i moved her furnature around aswell, i havent finished it yet i still have another half to do, so i will do that tomorrow afternoon. i did actually enjoy myself doing it, as it was satisfying seeing some results. what was bliss about today was that i went to another gym which is down beside the beach , so i did some strength circuits, then ewww i had a sauna and then went into steam room which at the end i felt lovely, i then relaxed in there relaxing area and had a coffee. so all in all it was wonderful feeling. so im thinking about doing it 2 or 3 times a week, and 1 or 2 times to my regular gym. so i guess thats all my news for today.

exercise, as normal nice walks

food, wasnt to bad, i didnt have breakfast though, but had it at lunch time, i had some dinner before gym, so not bad really.

67 days sober!

So where's this promised blog entry about the ED clinic. I'm still undecided about like going into supported or not but I just filled in a form for volunteering @ the arts centre online via volunteer scotland.

Scolty was good. You should take the family up there sometimes.

I got into a size 14 pinafore in Banchory by the way and it's designer and was only £4 from the red cross. I must have spent about £20 on clothes in Banchory today. All shoved into my wee rucksack with my water bottle! And up the hill we went.

Have you had CBT. Does it work on the negative thoughts? Maybe that's what I need more than anything. Just spoke to my friend about the robots and she completely understood (she doesn't have mh probs but lost her hubbie of about 40 years last sept). Boy I feel relieved!

Hugs and write soon (or text).

Lucky you for being able to quit the cigs. I tried Sabbath/Monday and I just don't think I'm mentally well enough right now. So glad you're not depressed either.

been good

Sunday, May 04, 2008

yeah yesterday and today been good, I've been bz. today me and pepper went out, we went to the beach and then we had a ice cream and then walked into town, which i bought a new mobile phone. we then carried on walking out of town and then went through a park and then carried on walking homeward. so all in all me and pepper was walking for 2 and half hours. as u can guess pepper was knackered and she behaved great. so it was a nice time with just me and her. i had AA this evening and that went well. oh yesterday i spoilt kayleigh again and bought her a heap of summer clothes, cant believe she is 11-12 clothing and she is only 9. its bank holiday tomorrow, so I'm planning on going to the gym i think, or maybe go to beach leisure centre for a sauna and steam room, to pamper myself. so unsure what i have planned really. so anyway that was today and yesterday.

exercise, well me and pepper been walking alot.
