Micro-portions!
By the FDA rules, 2.5 calories rounds down to 0.
OK, that means that one Dippin Dot, or half a gram of sugar, or 3/4 of an egg noodle, is absolutely FREE OF CALORIES!
So go ahead! Have as many Dippin Dots or 3/4-egg-noodles as you want! Just be sure to eat them one at a time.
(Disadvantage: it can take forever to actually have a snack-sized amount of food one Dippin Dot at a time. But ... that's the price of calorie-free food! Besides, if you use a really big knife, you can get exercise time for cutting the noodles.)
