Hmmm ....

... the sitting-on-my-butt-and-doing-nothing-very-
much plan really isn't working out the way it would in an ideal world (you know, do nothing but get all the benefits and results as if you had been working really hard) soooo, I need to change the 'wah, wah, wah, woe is me' to 'rah rah rah, go is me!'

This sounds easier than it is (for me), but when I feel like "wah" I just "wah" and then soon I'm ready to "rah" -- it usually means I'm overwhelmed and tired:) emoticon

There are always eyes watching ...

Saturday, April 14, 2012

... yep, Barcle thought she was in the bathroom alone. Finally, some privacy. No. kids. or. cats. but ............

This big fella was watching!

Mr Stick-iness was gently photographed and placed safely back outside in the bushes. I don't think he was too traumatised by the bathroom experience emoticon but I'm also pretty sure he won't be back for a repeat either emoticon emoticon

HAHAHAHA LOL that's awesome!!! Yeah, the only thing that ever freeked me out in the bathroom was when I was in my sisters VERY SMALL AND VERY CLOSE TO THE SINK toilet and looked up and in the MIRROR saw a VERY VERY HUMONGOUS SPIDER WITH 3" FANGS OVER MY SHOULDER LOOKING AT MY NECK LAVACIOUSLY! Okay, not really, it was about the size of a quarter and I didn't see any fangs, but seriously I never "did paperwork" so fast in my life! The little stick guy I would've been fine with :D I frequently find my nieces "wild life" trophies in there anyway ;D

4 day old baby ....

Wednesday, April 04, 2012

... came to visit (well, our close friends, his parents, did) and little Travis slept through most of the visit. Daniel was fascinated and I was taken back to those first few days with Pip, Alex, and Dan.

Clucky much>???? yep, I sure am. Any more on my horizon????. Nope. No. Done and dusted at 3 emoticon I will just have to wait to be a grandma - a looooooong way off given that Pip is 5, Alex is 4, and Dan is 2 emoticon

I love the memories that we store in our hearts of first times with our children... there first steps, loss of their first tooth, their first Christmas etc. It brings us back to what is really important and that is cherishing life with family and friends. It is great to have a baby visit but like you said it will be a looooong time to grandkids.
Best wishes for a wonderful day today
