Madonna's also been dancing, etc. since she was, what, 15?

It certainly does help, I imagine.

Oh yes she is- and it helps to have all that paid support she has to get there- trainer, child care, etc. But as U say, we can too if we bust a move and watch our intake. Take care, and have a Healthy, Blessed Easter.

You're right, Madonna is looking incredible, but she is a bit obsessed. I doubt she'd be able to stand herself if she put on 20 lbs. So many entertainers, fitness models, and body builders live on the edge of self-hatred. Some would say they have eating disorders. I believe we can attain reasonable bodies with habits that leave room for all the other pursuits--productive work, loving relationships, fun, service--this life affords us. I guess she does, too, but I wonder how much this hangs over her head?

Still, Madonna! I'm impressed that she not only looks good, but manages to keep attracting new, young fans by being willing to change and flow with what's new.

BTW, I'm 57-- and getting slimmer in my old age. There is even a maintainers team for 50+, and some of the people there have finally taken off the weight, and gotten very slim, in their 60's and 70's! but you don't have to wait... emoticon

... to my darling Daniel aka Mr 16 Months old emoticon

Next time you have to cough, for the love of all things good and my sanity, please, please do it AFTER you have swallowed the mouthful of yoghurt I have just given you.

I am now a yoghurt coated barcle ...

tear here...

Friday, April 08, 2011

.. does not mean use your male strength to tear the packet open no matter how one would usually. The packet clearly says 'tear here' ... not there.

There is a point to be made you know ...... no matter how feeble/futile.

Just saying dear husband unit emoticon
