Being sick is the worst, especially a cold. I don't have an appitite and with it no energy. At least the scale will move in the right direction (haha). I just have to be careful when I get my appitite back that I don't go overboard.


First Weigh In

I probably shouldn't have, but I skipped my first weigh in. I was worried that I would get discouraged, because I knew it didn't move (and if it did, it went up). From here on out, I'm going to skip weigh ins during my time of the month to avoid frustration. I'm a little tense during that time and it's during that time that I usually give up the fight.

I will try not to be so fixated on the scale number, but to use it as a guide.

    Hey Diva,

Always know that during that time, you are bloated with water weight, nothing to stress or spas over, it happens to us all. Also don't get fixated on weighing yourself, because what will truly be your achievement is when you put on that outfit that you haven't been able to get in for a year or know because I use to let the scale dictate my attitude, now I let the way my clothes fit my body dictate my lovely disposition (~_~).
