I am having a so so day doing good on my eating healthy and exercise on my break walked for 20 mins. plan to do another 40 at home.. but I am on that time of the month and I am having craving attacks..will not give in but it's hard..I feel a little sore but that was from yesterday power walk today I want to do some strength we will see what lies ahead of me at home...well I am going to relax today too...got to go so to who read my short blog have a great and happy day...

Back to work..

This weekend was a great rest and me time.. I needed it as well as enjoyed it..I did what I put my mind to do..Here at work everything is normal work work doing things before the time to serve the children their breakfast and lunch.. yesterday i walked with my hubby for about half an hour we went to a park near the beach it was wonderful..its been a while since we did those kind of stuff but having two to attend to is not easy.. I have made a new commitment I promise my hubby that one day a week possibly on weekends will dedicate some us time to do outdoor stuff like we just did.. we need it its so refreshing afterward a change of routine..
then make some time for family as a whole time ... I am getting the swing of organizing my life little by little...well hope that to all that take the time to read this will have a wonderful day and smile at life for it will smile back.... emoticon

It's been a while since I took off a day from work..but I did the boys are off to work and hubby is working half a day today.. so I have the orning to me.. I woke up at the same time as if I were going to work 4;45 but I stayed in bed reading a magazine then organized the house a little bit..I am waiting for 9 to come around at fit tv gonna do an hour of exercise session..had my breakfast now relaxing writing my blog...it just came to me that lately I have been having a lot of energy I am wondering where it's coming from cuase I am not drinking any kind of caffine which I am usually addicted to..i do not even crave it...Now I am addicted to this energy..I do more for myself people do not have to do it I do it..
I also addicted to listening to music..any kind that is easy to understand..I have it on all the time...well off to organize more my home this I have not done in long time I am doing little by little I know that in a home with boys younger then 11 house is not fully clean there is always something...well I know that I am going to have a great day today ..in a little while my hubby will be home then we have out time together something we have not had in a long long time I am so excited for that too...well hope that everybody has a great and blessed day..

    "Me time" is vital to your health. You sound like a smart person. Enjoy that time. You mentioned having more energy lately...have you been exercising more? That will definitely give you more energy, as will losing weight. Keep up with whatever you are doing since it sounds like the right thing to do. emoticon

This week was hard I came down with the flu..I guess as you grow older its harder to shake off..I remember not to long ago I came down one day with the cold then the next day like if nothing happened, this time it took me a week ..
well today is a new day I have decided not to get down for not following thre with my plan.. today everything is fresh and new today will start on the plan as a matter of fact just writing my blog is a good start fresh and early in the morning ... I know take it slow which I inted to just as if were my first day on the plan will exercise 15 mins to start then if I can do more I will if I can't I won't be upset..well I am to a wonderful day today you be sure to have when as well...

trying to reach some goals..

I am trying to reach some goals I have so many so I have decided to take two this week the first and most important is my water gonna reach every day the 8 glasses of water..its hard but I have made some progress..i am drinking more than before which was about two...then the second one is my exercise..I am working up to 30 mins everyday..what keeps me motivated is my pedometer must reach or past the 10000 steps..been doing the kathy video and walking around the block..I just added some strength nothing drastic just little thing like sit up and push ups.. will add some more later one.. this week if I keep it up going to buy some more exercise videos so that I won't get bored.. so far I have done good I have reached my 200 pound goal now if I can only past that mark.. I am not going to get discourange cuase I have met a lot of other goals like eating and exercise.. mind you I know that life is hard and takes a swing at you so that you lose my focuse but then I get back into the barn wagon and keep focusing on my goals..

    Don't forget walking all over the school caf :0) is part of your exercise. Also you can always have smaller goals like having your quota of water for 1 day and or to exercise for 30 mins emoticon emoticon
