I have a question I am a very impatient and easily bored..with my exercise ..I have a treadmil, a balance ball my wii fit plus , wii sport games,weights my wii active , I use the spark strength routines I play sports with my boys , I swim in the pool in the hot days.. I have a garden that I attend to I wear my pedometer, I work on my feet all day sometimes carrying boxes ...I can not seem to make a steady routine I get bored if I do everday which I do after work in the evening I do one of these things for a minium of 30 mins to the maxium of 60 mins.. am I doing a routine of exercise or not??? Cause I seem to think that if you do not do the same routine everyday its not exercise.. help me to not have these type of second thoughts...I feel that I am not in the right path..
