I need some input..

I have a question I am a very impatient and easily bored..with my exercise ..I have a treadmil, a balance ball my wii fit plus , wii sport games,weights my wii active , I use the spark strength routines I play sports with my boys , I swim in the pool in the hot days.. I have a garden that I attend to I wear my pedometer, I work on my feet all day sometimes carrying boxes ...I can not seem to make a steady routine I get bored if I do everday which I do after work in the evening I do one of these things for a minium of 30 mins to the maxium of 60 mins.. am I doing a routine of exercise or not??? Cause I seem to think that if you do not do the same routine everyday its not exercise.. help me to not have these type of second thoughts...I feel that I am not in the right path..

    I have a problem with staying with a exercise long term, but this time joined Curves and the people that are there when I go make the difference and it is more social than anything, and all while am working out. I tried the treadmill, but could not stick with it because it is boring, and like the bike path because of nature which has helped at this time, but when winter comes and the snow will have to move inside and hopefully by then will be OK with the treadmill.

    I tend to do the same excercises every day. But most experts will tell us to switch up; it's good for the body and we won't get bored. So, I'm going to look through the excercises today and pick out some new ones. I'm also going hunting for some used fitness videos. (Pawn shops and consignment shops often have them as well as video stores.)

It's the first of a new month and the summer is coming...I am reorganizing re-energizing and most importantly setting my mind to improve my ways..need to get it in writing like a contract or better yet acountability and you who read are my accountant... I am here to say that I will set my mind will try not let anything or anyone stand between me and my goal my health..I will everyday drink my 8 glasses of water, will do exercise 30 mins or more , will think positive thoughts if I fall will get up and move forward without looking back, will log on everyday and participate in my teams...will organize and declutter everything in my home job and life...will enjoy life to the fullest each day by being with my family and having fun with them.. will cook healthy for me as well as for the family we will learn the healthy way even if it's sneaking it to them .. for these are my recommitments for the month of June to start..


I am going to make it today..

This morning I woke up good not great but good, I woke up with a healthy mentality.. I will exercise today no matter what and drink my eight glasses of water..I will get back into the swing of things..its enough lazing feel better one must move move move!!!! I put on my pedometer and will make it to 10000 steps.. those are my affirmation and list of things to do for today..I am getting in writing so that you all can read so then I have acountablility.. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!! I CAN DO IT !!!! emoticon

Well this past week has been a disastrous week I have been fell low and for no reason..stopped my exercise all together..been eating sort of healthy not completely...not in the mood...I am forty five maybe its that I am coming down with the start of menopuase..I just feel not me... one moment I am happy next I feel down..then I get on the ball then I get bored...I feel hot then cold boy I am getting to be a crazy person... I sign in but do not blog or read anything then I feel ashame and embarras to blog or participate in teams...I feel not a steady person cause I do not know what I want...boy I feel like I am winning like a baby...but today I got the strength to start again I gained four pounds on this silliness I am back brushing off the dust off my shoulder cause I am worth it....

    Sounds like memopause to me. I started in my early 40s and you are describing it to a tee. If you are into vitamins and alternative medicine then go and check out some of the different things at the Health food store or vitamin isle to help your symptoms. If not then go to your doctor, he will give you some perscriptions that will help a lot!!!!

Well I reach my half way goal I have lost a total of 20 pounds.. My shorts , pants and pj's are falling off my belts have moved in 4 wholes ..and I am laughing about it... I have lots of energy and when Fridays kicks in I do not want to stay at home..want to go out and enjoy the life I have been missing.. before went to bed and watched tv... now I am in the garden fixing moving plants..I even finished a project which was putting tile on an old wooden outside table...and looking for more to do...
My husband is even noticing that I have energy and more then him hahahaha...
now he is keeping up with me hahahahah
I play ball with my boys I even play in the park with them rock climbing tennis and all...
I know that I am bragging but I just can not get over it that I am making prgress and for the first time in a whil enjoying life to the fullest I will not let it go by like before..... well off to enjoy life...
