Exercise: Gym: elliptical 20min; ai chi 45 min
Food: still not doing well
I'm still not doing well with the food. I'm eating when I get nicotine/cigarette cravings. This is mostly in the evening. I'm trying to make up for some of this in the gym, unfortunately I can't spend 24 hours a day in the gym... However it's only about a week since I completely quit the patches and the cravings are lessening. So the food situation should improve. I forgot to weigh myself today. I know it would not have been good.
