I'm adding a snack to the three meals a day I'm eating. It's just too long from noon to 6 to go without food. I get really hungry which makes me want to overeat at dinner.
I fell off the wagon yesterday with my dinner choices. But I'm jumping right back on. I will not beat myself up about it.
I can feel the fat melting away. I'm drinking 8 glasses of water a day, am exercising regularly, and am for most part sticking to 3 reasonably sized meals a day.
YEAH, DAY 12. I'm ready!
I slipped a bit on my food choices yesterday. But today is a new day! NO real harm done.
