PRE-CHALLENGE WEEK, FOR WEEK ENDING SEPT 3rd

I decided to post my plan of action in a Blog !
Our Summer Challenge has ended and I did not meet my expectations. However that does not mean I am feeling let down, sorry for myself, ready to throw in the towel, call it quits. No sir, it just means I will continue to follow my program and trust in it and I can reach my new goals that I will set for the Fall Challenge.
I aim to lose 10 to 15 pounds for Fall Challenge. I will reach my goals by doing the following:
- drink my 10 cups of water daily
- follow my meal plan set up by my Simply for Life Consultant
- workout daily 30 to 60 minutes, I will allow myself one day of rest
- keep my journal on a daily basis
Did I follow these plans during my summer Challenge?
Yes to the water, yes to my workouts.
I slipped up on keeping my journal on a daily basis as I was always playing catch up with it. It has to be done on a daily basis so I don't forget what I am supposed to eat for my meals. I will do a much better job this time.
Now, my meal plan. I have always allowed myself a treat for Saturday, at first it was one meal, then it became 2 meals, then added snacks on Saturdays. I even had a week when it was every day something extra on my program that wasn't allowed. My program is very strick with starches and being a big starch lover it's what I'll turn to for comfort/hunger/celebration. I did not do any binge eating which I used to do, but it was extra slice of bread in the evening or a muffin to go with my coffee at drive through.
So I will be really careful with my food program and I know I can reach all my goals I've set up for my fall challenge.
