" There's no next time. It's either now or never "
Yesterday I posted that I was going to eat "clean" this week. Guess many were confused as to what I meant, so here's a list of what I call "clean" and a list of not clean foods. This is what my weight guru calls 'clean"
Fruits and veggies, fresh and frozen, (canned fruit packed in their juices, no sugar added)
Chicken, fish, eggs (1 yolk 3 whites)
Low Fat Dairy
Grains - multi grains, brown rice, pastas, cereal, oatmeal
Beans, lentils, nuts, etc.
No white foods, ie breads, rice, pastas
No processed foods
No canned foods (unless it says low sodium)
I am also limited to one starch meal a day, either breakfast or lunch.
Remember this is my plan, designed for me. But like all plans it only works if you work it.
