We'll soon be starting our Spring Challenge and once again I'm on the Lime Team.
Here is a list of my goals for this challenge:
- continue on the right track towards getting healthy by eating right and working out. I plan to go to the pool twice a week on Tuesday and either Saturday or Sunday. Once the weather gets better I might get there another day.
- I would like to finish the challenge with a weight loss, which will be challenging due to my trip to Dominican Republic coming up the last week of March.
- continue to support my Lime Team, to encourage and inspire each team member.
