review of my goals - yest. I reviewed my goals and my food and water are right on track. My workout still needs to be better. I have found this week I've been extremely busy so when I do get home from work, I have too much to do. Last night after work I had to go to bank and do my shopping. By the time I got home I just wanted to eat supper and relax. I had no life left in me.
Yes, work is very busy with alot of year end things to get balanced and get ready for income tax time. I know that my brain is tired, hence my whole body is tired.
However, I will continue with my positive attitude and keep the faith and continue on the path to a healthier me.
