emoticon review of my goals - yest. I reviewed my goals and my food and water are right on track. My workout still needs to be better. I have found this week I've been extremely busy so when I do get home from work, I have too much to do. Last night after work I had to go to bank and do my shopping. By the time I got home I just wanted to eat supper and relax. I had no life left in me.

Yes, work is very busy with alot of year end things to get balanced and get ready for income tax time. I know that my brain is tired, hence my whole body is tired.

However, I will continue with my positive attitude and keep the faith and continue on the path to a healthier me. emoticon

  Positive Attitudes is a very healthy thing! Keep It Up!
Maybe you could find time to exercise in the morning for five minutes, then later add ten minutes, then add fifteen minutes, then twenty mintues, then twenty five minutes and finally 30 minutes. This might help if you can find the extra morning time. However, I love your positive attitude! You have inspired me this morning. Thank You!

    morning Barb..

not sure of your schedule in the morning but maybe get in a 20 min. workout before work? then you do not have to worry during the day ..and if a good 10 min.s spare up you can add to your 20 later in the day..just a thought..

    You have a lot of things going on, try to sneak in a little me time. I listen to a meditation podcast for 30 min before I get out of bed to charge my mental batteries.

emoticon My daily water intake 10 to 12 glasses

emoticon What will I do for me today? Yest was so crazy at work and I'm afraid today will be another day like that, but I must make some time in my day for just me.

emoticon Weigh in was last night, not good, but not as bad as it could have been. So must put in a big effort to rid myself of my sugar cravings and get back to eating natural again. Fresh fruits and veggies are in the house.

    You can do it! The sugars were a big problem for me. It's a miracle how much weight you can lose when you don't eat them.

    The more you eat of the natural foods, the more those sugar cravings will fade! I am working on shaking off the renewed cravings I got from eating some sweets over the holidays, but it's getting easier each day.

  emoticon I have a feeling that today will indeed be different for you. Like you, I have problems getting rid of the sugar cravings again after the holidays, but Dr. Neal Barnard's suggestion to eat a good high fiber, low glycemic index breakfast does the trick for me every time. emoticon

    Great plan. I did some of my major cooking yesterday for this week. I'll have to do some more meat toward the end of the week, but that's no big deal.
