One of my favourite shows new season started last night. Yes I'm talking about The Biggest Loser. It was quite a teary show too, but I won't say anything because a lot have taped the show and haven't watched it yet.
I have been hooked on this show from the start. I don't uphold alot of the ways that the contestants lose their weight. Their workout schedule is just not realistic for most people. However the transformation in the contestants helps me to get motivated and to know it is possible to lose my weight and reach my goal.
Sparks also does the same thing for me, except they do use a more reasonable approach to weight loss, and the key here is doing it in a healthy way.
Having said this, I will still be tuned into my TV every Tuesday night to watch Bob and Jillian whip the contestants into shape by working out like crazy, eating healthier, and making better choices in their lives.
