Last night I was on a roll, I cooked dinner for my family (spaghetti with italian sausage). While cooking, I read every label, calculated all the WW points, and weighed out the portions. My plate was more than enough to fill me up. Then I popped in some chicken breasts to get supper ready for tonight - Texas Ranch Chicken Casserole. My house smelled so good last night. My casserole is ready and waiting for a night dinner tonight. While it cooks, I am going to prep my dumplings for tommorrow's Chicken and Dumpling stew. I love it when I can have dinner prepped and ready. It keeps me in line for meal planning and I don't freak out from hunger after a long day at work.
With the colder months coming up, my crockpot is getting a workout too!
