The more I get into the habit of Weight Watchers, the easier it is becoming. I am loving the concept of focusing on healthy choices and not counting calories. The pressure of staying within 1200-1500 calories per day was killing me slowly as week after week I failed to make it happen. After three weeks, I have lost 9.4 lbs with WW and I feel so much more at ease with food. I love this time of year with all the summer produce: peaches, nectarines, summer squash, plums, cherry tomatoes, etc. Good, good stuff
This week I am going to focus on eating one more vegetable per day. It is a small step to big change.
