After giving myself three hours to wake up and having breakfast, I can finally get on with my day. Today, my plan is to get moving. I'll be happy to walk for 20 minutes. My knee gets all stiff when I sit for too long and it hurts. My last major walk was this Sunday when my husband and I went to Philadelphia. I want to lose at least two-three pounds by May 30th. Yesterday, I changed my weight goal because in the beginning, I had it way too far off that it was not realistic. I noticed that I am losing 5 pounds a month, which I can accept. I am good with that. So, that is my goal. What's yours?
