I would just have some time to myself. Maybe more exercise or a long bubble bath.
Its just not very easy with a two month old even though I love her to bits.

    It has been a long time since I had a little one, but one thing that I remember is that I took advantage of their nap time for my "me" time. You will work it out--Moms always do. Best wishes on your bundle of joy. emoticon

    Congratulations on your new little girl. It takes time to adjust to being a mom. Attitude is everything. This is a great opportunity to begin teaching her the joy of exercise. When I was a baby my mom put me on a blanket on the floor and while she exercised to a TV show at 9 a.m every weekday. When I started walking we exercised together. It was fun! I'm sure that's why I always liked being active. You can do the same with a DVD or Sparks video. It's important that you make time for yourself. Babies like consistency. She can be alone in her crib for 20 mins while you enjoy a bath, especially if you play with her when you get out (her reward!). Or you can wait until you put her to bed for the night.

I havent posted a blog in a while because I was moving from my little townhouse to my aunts house because my roomate couldnt afford rent anymore. I'm really quite happy with the move though. Now I'm only 5 minutes away from work instead of 35 and my aunt has an elliptical that I had started using quite a bit before I moved out on my own that I now get to start using again :)
When I had first used the elliptical back in March I was lucky if I could do 10 minutes, the I kept pushing myelf to do more and more and I got it up to nearly 2 hours (I didnt have a job or a car...Or a life) But I got on it today and I did 20 minutes (happy dance for not having to start completely over) then I got off, took a break and got on it again for another 26 minutes :) My goal is to use it at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
It's also A LOT easier to eat healthier foods here because Im not surrounded by fast food places. I should be back on track in no time :)
I was looking at my yearly goal for fitness minutes and that was about the biggest Epic Fail Ive ever seen but I'm not too worried about it. Theres always this next year and I can work my butt off this month to make it look like I actually attempted lol.
In random news... I got my tongue pierced again so now I have 2 piercings in my tongue :) And I'm thinking about starting to make video blogs after my tongue heals up :) Right now I sound like I have a super bad lisp lol

So I hopped on the scale today and I was kinda upset with the results....I gained 3.8 lbs back. I have even been eating pretty healthy.... well except for my liquid crack day i had (3 energy drinks in a row). But ive been eating a lot of fruit and salad and all that. I havent been exercising as much as I should but im still getting more than a normal day..... Oh well. It is what it is... I just have to keep on keeping on. I think ill just lie to myself and say its a combo of muscle and water weight because I havent been getting all the water I need... That makes me feel a bit better :)

I've been like dying sick for the past week :( It's been no bueno at all... But It's alright I'm feeling a bit better today. I haven't been eating the best.... To be honest I haven't really been eating too much at all :/ and I definitely haven't been exercising.... That's about to change though because I can feel myself getting better :)
Well time for my weigh in I suppose...

Starting weight: 191.6lbs
Current weight: 185.2lbs
Lbs currently lost: 6.4
Starting BMI: 32.9(obese)
Current BMI: 31.8(still obese)
Starting body fat%: 39%
Current body fat%: 38%
Starting fat mass: 74lbs
Current fat mass: 70lbs

So I'm getting somewhere :) 6.4lbs is pretty awesome but it was probably just because I am sick... I just need to keep on keeping on so I can lose more :)

So I know that I'm only supposed to weigh myself once a week but I'm impatient. I am losing weight though :) I wont post how much though until my weigh in day when it's actually accurate. The 100 jumping jacks is getting easier so thats exciting :)
I have today off so I'm going to take the dog (Bandytt) to the dog park so we can go run around a lil bit. Then I'm going to go dye my hair... I tried dying it dark purple on Sunday and it came out hot pink :( so I'm just going to dye it back to brown.
I tracked what I had eaten yesterday and it says I did really good like calorie wise butttttttt I only ate once lol so I'm pretty sure I really didnt do too great. Eating healthy is kinda expensive....
For Halloween I went to a haunted house then I went to Bourbon Street in New Orleans. I was having fun until my roomate lost her keys and didnt have the money to pay for the locksmith to make her a new key so I had to pay and now I'm broke until she finds a way to pay me back :(
Well it's my time to do those jumping jacks and try to find something decent for breakfast.
