I was thinking today that my weight loss has slowed down drastically but my habits are still the same. This is a good thing! I think before I probably would get discouraged and say, to hell with it, nothing is working so I should just give up. Now, I have so much more knowledge of how things work, I won't give up... I'll just keep making good choices. It's a good feeling to realize that I have made a lifestyle change - and hopefully it will last a life time.
