An 80 min walk in the frozen mud today, but very enjoyable.
Just found an old diary. It seems I lost 18 pounds in 3 months in about 2005.
Guess what, it all went back on again plus some more. I logged my food and drank water. I don't think I exercised much, but I was working then and more active.
THIS TIME IT'S FOR KEEPS.
No more yoyo-ing.
This time I have guidance and motivation from SP and above all my lovely SparkFriends.
If I start slipping again, promise you'll give me a real telling off!
We're all in this together, right?
