Everyday no matter how hard I try, you know what I am missing from my diet/workouts? Iron, magnesium, fiber, oh & calcium. I take a multivitamin but I still think I am missing vital nutrients in my diet. I am reading on how to correct but to think of all the other nutrients I have been most of my life from number #1. being a picky eater! So if you read this & have ideals, I welcome them!
