Dee, I agree so much that life is for the living and the active and the loving and the caring people. You sound so full of life and love and that is just how we make our Lord happy because when we are walking in love we are imitating Him. This life is an awesome life to be lived to the fullest till it over flows. Report Inappropriate Comment |

Good Day Sparkfam! Its Wednesday & these are the best days of the week, Weds, Thurs & Fri. To me the weekend flashes by so fast with errands, shopping & cleaning & trying to find rest & church Sunday & time with family. So this is like the cruise control day of the week for me. I am bouncy today or fidgety tonight will be upper body & kickboxing while I get up every so often & walk my body. I only get once & I try to take care of it but I know that I fall short or else *I would be at goal right now.
Today, was a big breakfast of grits, scrambled eggs (tsp for me) slice of bacon, sausage & toast w/butter & jelly. I got to work, someone brought donuts & I had one, then I had my apple, then we got a small snack size of jelly beans & I ate that. I brought chili for lunch with crackers but the sodium will put me over my 2300mgs. So I opted out of the chili after being snack happy & am eating a beautiful salad with red onions, tomatoes & cucumbers & a pepperchino. I think I spelled it right but its delicious & I was good & bypassed the pizza. Although I did have some of the chicken off the cesar salad. Tonight & baked chicken w/broccoli. Exercise to follow after I digest & am ready to jam!
What have you turned down lately to choose to your health?
God bless & dance like nobody is watching.....

Today I turned the snickers topped brownies and the rice krispie treats at work. Yesterday it was the super-chocolaty almond joy cake, again at work. Oh, and someone brought a coffee cake from Panera. Ugh! Not being able to quantify how much is in that stuff, how much one serving is, etc. is motivating me to not have it. I'd rather allow myself half of a twinkie if I really craved because at least I can count the calories, fat, etc. I have also avoided Starbuck's, whose frappaccino's I love.
