Good Friday Sparkfam!! I made it! That's no biggie since I didn't work on Monday or Tuesday. lol Next week is going to be a beast! My son will take the bus a couple of days & I will pick him up one or two days & then return to work. It could work maybe? Well my oldest son won't be home til Thanksgiving & that's okay but I might be nice & send him a ticket in October if he wants to come home by then. My daughter gave me a beautiful plant & I had to bring it to work to share it with my co-workers. I wish I had a clearer picture cause its so beautiful it doesn't look real. Now how will keep it alive will be the lick?
Today's workout was Gilad, Jillian & Kickboxing 30mins each. I might have to throw in a few minutes of abs. I have been neglectful of that area lately.

Good Day Sparkfam! I need a cup of joe to help me this morning. Here in Chicago its a gorgeous fall day out, I mean its 71degrees sun is shining I love it! The only thing is that this fall like weather makes me sleepy. On Tuesday night I made a list of things I need to accomplish in morning before I go to work:
1.Get up watch Joyce Meyer 5am
2.Do Total Body by Gilad 5:30am
3.Leslie Walk DVD 20mins 6:40am
4.Get lunches ready & pour cereal for breakfast
5.Get me & Izzy dressed & make sure Tristan brushes his teeth
People, I premade lunches for both me & my son & did everything except make a hot breakfast. Today, I just watched Joyce, made lunches for me, my son & my hubby got in on the deal too. Then made pancakes for me & my son & the hubby wanted scrambled eggs sausage sandwich on wheat. I forgot to add sausages to his sandwich but he loved it anyway. That type of love & attention saved us all $16.92+ if figure we all eat out for breakfast & lunch. So I had to trade breakfast for my morning workout. Its not too bad, I just have to focus tonight & make sure I just do it! I will come back on Spark tonight & read some motivating blogs about people who are going to gym after work & that needs to include myself. Also by eating breakfast, I am not as hungry as I was yesterday from eating cold cereal. I feel really full.
Tomorrow I am going to try to repeat what I did on Wednesday morning as far as my list. I know I won't have time for all of it but I need to compress to make it happen.
So what would you choose, breakfast or your workout?

SSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHH!! Mommy is having a time out!! Need to regroup & recuperate from the emotional highs & lows of this whole summer. With prom, luncheon, 2graduations & watching my whiny bratty little boys grow into young men has been draining, physically, mentally & financially.
Although my son (college) was driven to school yesterday 4hours in rain to sunshine, 7 state troopers & 2 deers which I blew my horn to get them away from the highway, we made safe & sound & NO tickets!! Thanking the Lord for His tender mercies & blessings. That they continue even when its not all sunshine even with the rain, I am a very blessed & thankful woman.
So now mom gets to take a nice hot bath & begin the holistic cleanse of being "just" mom again.
There was "NO" dinner or workout today. Thats how drained I am. And then there were 3. lol God bless Sparkfam & lets make this week count!
