Good Day Sparkfam! Its been one here in old Chicago. I got up, did my 30mins of Imax which is a very high energy, high octane workout. I made oatmeal & had dry toast it was really good. I actually could've made it to work on time but once outside, I found that it was a VERY chilly 45degrees. BRRRRRRRRR. So I had to warm the truck & I was underdress but made it finally & actually got compliments on my outfit. WOOHOO!!!
Let me tell you about yesterday afternoon. I went to Target to get to get chips, gatorade & red vines. It was very windy & I'm always self-conscious about run away carts. So when I got into the store, I noticed there were loads of missing carts. I was like OMG its going to be crazy. So I did my shopping got in & was ready to get out. I took my bags out of the cart & placed it in the cart bin. As I turned to walk away, BAM! A run away cart hit me on the hip. Man, let me tell you, I know I've been changed cause I didn't curse (outloud or inside) I just looked at the employee collecting the carts watch as the cart slide into my thigh. I wheeled around & was like that really hurt! It hurt for a while but the pain minimized. A case of somebody not doing their job!
Got home last night to do Kick Punch & Crunch for 40mins but ended up doing the entire workout. My leg kept aching & it was nawing at me. Two things I'm doing wrong, not resting the leg & wearing m 4inch boots. lol Some times I can't resist beating myself up but for good & not bad.

Good Day Sparkfam! Inspite of being tired, cooking 3hour straight last night & entertaining my kids & grandson, I woke up & gave thanks & worked out. I felt like doing this:
Instead I got up & did Cathe Boot Camp, did some stretching & walking. I am trying to eat right but still eating my Wethers & chewing my sugar free gum. I did have a glazed donut for breakfast but thats better than 2 bags of chips, I think? lol
So inspite of what is going in your life, are you striving to be healthier?

Today's prescribed meds are laughter, hugging, kissing & walking. These key ingredients can prolong life. Don't believe me then look at the research, no one ever died from affection or walking. Well I guess if you walked out into oncoming traffic, it could happen but besides that, look & live Sparkfam!
I did plenty of walking today, I am going to do yoga & try to get some kickboxing done. I had cookies & milk today for my snacks. I also had 2sm pancakes, a slice of bacon & a parker house sausage. Delicious! Now I need to get this body back into burn mode. I relaxed some last night.
So are you taking your meds today? I pray so . . . .
