Good Day Sparkfam! Inspite of being tired, cooking 3hour straight last night & entertaining my kids & grandson, I woke up & gave thanks & worked out. I felt like doing this:
Instead I got up & did Cathe Boot Camp, did some stretching & walking. I am trying to eat right but still eating my Wethers & chewing my sugar free gum. I did have a glazed donut for breakfast but thats better than 2 bags of chips, I think? lol
So inspite of what is going in your life, are you striving to be healthier?

Today's prescribed meds are laughter, hugging, kissing & walking. These key ingredients can prolong life. Don't believe me then look at the research, no one ever died from affection or walking. Well I guess if you walked out into oncoming traffic, it could happen but besides that, look & live Sparkfam!
I did plenty of walking today, I am going to do yoga & try to get some kickboxing done. I had cookies & milk today for my snacks. I also had 2sm pancakes, a slice of bacon & a parker house sausage. Delicious! Now I need to get this body back into burn mode. I relaxed some last night.
So are you taking your meds today? I pray so . . . .

Good Hump Day Sparkfam! I know its supposed to be a wiggle Wednesday but this girl is tired. Not from working out but from waking up at 2am this morning. I wasn't restless or tossing & turning, I was just laying there. Did I turn the tv on? Nope, I didn't want to bother the other sleeping baby. lol So he finally woke up to ask if I was too warm at 4am & so we were up talking about the things we need to do. I guess its hard when both us are working the same hours. I'm loving it by the way its not the best job & he doesn't get paid overtime but its decent. Eventually he will find something better. . .
Anyho, so I got up let Shadow out & then had to run out after him but he wasn't far. I washed dishes, washed 2 loads of clothes. One while I did Tae Bo. I pressed paused & ran downstairs to put those clothes in the dryer & put in a load of towels. It feels okay to wash at home again but I did enjoy getting it all done in 2hours & no running up & down the stairs. Oh, I guess that defeats the purpose of a workout huh? Oh well, finally stretch a little got the clothes from the dryer. Put the next load in & got myself together & got to work. I had a half cup of coffee & considering the other half? I just need to get a boost before I go home.
So I had raisin bran & 2%milk for breakfast, dannon light & fit blueberry yogurt as a snack, some red vines (I know right?!) half a chicken sandwich & 2spoonfuls of potato salad. For dinner its going to be a baked potato, brown rice & salmon & maybe a slice of honey wheat toast w/butter. Oh and carnation instant breakfast w/2%milk as a evening snack. I hate driving home hungry, I get there & raid the frig. This way, I got it a little under control & not grabbing raw meat & eating it. lol
