Stop Worrying . . .

Happy Saturday Sparkfam!

I'm here sitting here feet are aching from all the walking I did from shopping. From the butcher, beauty supply, Walmart, grocery store, Walmart, grocery & Ultra food. I get tired just from thinking of what I've done. I've cooked potato salad & spaghetti, marinating chicken, thawing out rib tips & about to cook a red velvet cake. Wish me luck. . . .lol I like the cake but its not my biggest downfall. So as soon as I am down sparkin I'm off to do a quick 60min workout & so jumping jacks. No I won't go beyond what I am physically capable. lol

Happy Thursday Sparkfam! The rain has ended here in Chicago & the sun has come out drying up the rain. emoticon emoticon I was supposed to do Cathe's Push/Pull last night but got distracted so that was on my first thing to do list as I watched a movie from 1950s. I was watching Baby Doll & then Caged came on after so was ease to do it & get it done. After that I did Leslie's walk DVD only I was jogging when I was supposed to be walking but you know me, I LOVE to mix it up!

Tomorrow is my off Friday & today is my last day til next Tuesday. I am so geeked up thinking of all the reading I can do & workouts I blend together. I didn't get a chance to do Cathe's Cardio Fusion 30mins so I can also get that done. I am so loving my workouts & my stamina & I quit when I know I no longer can go. I just like to get the job done. How bout you? What is on you list of things to do "for you" that you haven't done today? Get it DONE!!!

Happy Hump Day Sparkfam! Today I am at home sparkin & feels so sinful to just be sitting here working out & watchin tv. lol This morning it rained but its sunny & moist out there now.

Yesterday, I went to McDonald for dinner. Well I got a vanilla shake w/whipped cream & cherry on top & half a hamburger. For my sons I got meals with drinks & fries. . .So on the way home I ate some of the fries, eat my burger & drink my shake. Which was made perfectly by the way & I had to drink it all! lol So I had to split the meal up for yesterday & today on nutrition page. I just wanted to be able to feel like I didn't kill my diet but I know I didn't. Some where in my mind I feel like I should never indulge but I know I can. I know that I need all my calories & I had red vines. I am so happy I'm fit to be tied! I had my cheat meal & red vines. I know I shouldn't keep eat them but I so enjoyed it.

Today, I did 60mins of walking, 10mins of qfc sumo kicks, 50mins of yoga w/weights & 40mins of tae bo. I want to do Cathe's push pull but we will see?

    Everything in moderation right?? Not me I would go over board. My son works at burger king burgers are not big on my list. BUT OMG chips.......are ekkke! Howse that green tea going??

Gettin It Done on Mondays . . .

So I had a pretty decent weekend when it came to food. I actually did not give myself access to Red Vines whatsoever! So I did have 2 twinkies & a coupla pieces of cinnamon roll but I didn't sweat it cause I burned enough calories to enjoy those tasty treats. lol

I will make it!

So even though a few months ago I would've said that's over so let me get over to Target & buy some red vines & swedish fish & donut holes but no! I am so ready to put in work on Monday.

Today I'm walking, doing core work & tae bo & the QF Challenge. I pray you guys are all challenging yourself in small ways. Like not having that treat til after a certain time to exercise control or parking farther from the door just to get in some exercise. Either way, you will feel so much better!

Happy Saturday Sparkfam! I had a wonderful Saturday shopping & running errands. I was getting out of my car when the Hostess Truck Driver nodded. I politely smiled & nodded back. I came back out of the store & put my bags in the car & seat belt on & prepared to leave the parking lot when he beckoned to me. I stopped & he asked if I wanted a treat? Well, see what happens when you talk to strangers? They try to give you treats. Well, I don't eat ding dongs or ho hos but I do like hostess twinkies. They are the better choice. I thanked him politely & got back in my car. See not all people that flag you down are trying to take advantage of you or was he? lol

Here are some tips I picked on the web. Everything that Spark has already drilled in us & we are getting it!

    Good tips!! A weight management group would be great but participation would be a concern especially if you join a died group I have this week and had to leave emoticonNo wolcomes are anything. Who wants it??? Your weakness is twinkies and red vines mine are chips and the cookies someone else brings in the house.

    More important is "DON'T TAKE CANDY FROM STRANGERS!" LOL I really think he took a look at your sparkin' bod and thought he'd distract you. Tell the truth did he ask for your "digits" as my daughter says. SMILE

I love your strategy points my number one that I'm intensely focused on right now is:

PROPER, ADEQUATE AND CONSISTENT EXERCISE!! TOO much and I don't want to exercise the next day -- not enough and well you know.

    I want to be SKINNY. Sorry...I've never been skinny. (I do want to be healthy as well...but skinny first. lol) Read the ingredients on that twinkle package. One is like plaster. Just read it from my cuzn on facebook.(sorry) Dude really was flirting...wasn't he? lol
