I had a fairly decent day today. I didn't get my morning workout in but I did take walk breaks. I had Alphabits for breakfast & light & fit dannon yogurt. Drank 6 cups of water & had soup & salad for lunch. Dig that!
It was quite this fancy. Just plain salad & Campbell's Healthy Choice Vegetable Soup but still, its a start. I actually felt quite full afterwards & now its 5pm & mommy is ready for some chicken & broccoli. You know it can only hold for so long. I found out that I really don't appreciate tomato based soups. YUK! Now I like tomatoes but having it for soup oh no!!
Random babble: I tried to hook my co-worker up with Spark but she just doesn't feel she can handle all the tools. I think I'm a pretty good teacher? She just wants to log calories. She doesn't need to watch her weight but I think she obsessed. lol
Tonight my workout will be with Gilad Total Body Sculpt & Cathe's Step Blast. I'm up for it, I think? I will let you guys know later. lol

So its Monday and I'm feeling I got up, prayed & watched Joyce Meyer & then did Namaste Yoga 30mins & 60mins of All Star Workouts Pilates Sculpt. I've up & running since I got to work so as not to allow grass to grow under my feet. I was so sad. . . . . .
I was a little jealous watching my fellow Sparkfam doing their workouts. I wanted to get in but I just had to be still. I was that indeed & it show in this morning's workout! I'm so excited!
I did one of my fast walks on my break, I thought it was a beautiful butterfly until it landed on the ground. Was that a grasshopper? It has black & yellow wings while it was flying. The moment it landed, it was a grasshopper. What's up with that? False flaggin...

Yes I love getting 2-3hours of work out done every other day & some times everyday! I can't help myself. Its addictive! So since Tuesday, I have been feeling kinda tired.
Or should I say drained! There is a nagging pain my lower right side & it stinks of a possible bladder infection but I am pressing on & drinking my water & it maybe it will pass.
So what have I been doing? Scaling back on my food, trying not to get too deep into junk food & getting my strengthen back. Slowly its returning so even though I laid out a workout plan for the week, I walked most of the week. Maybe tonight & over the weekend I will get some weight work & cardio in.
To my concerned sparkfam that prayed for me or left a message on my page. Thank you guys so much & Luv ya! When we fall down we seem to pick each other up with prayers, thoughts & acts of kindness!
Question, when you get sick, how do you nurse yourself back to health?
So I had been off since last Wednesday & now I'm back at work. OMG! Its so hard. The first hour I thought I had been here like 2-3 hours! Don't laugh at me. I mean I had such fun yesterday. Me & hubby to TGIF's on a Monday around 2pm. It was so quiet & we had good conversation & food & drinks. We laughed & we acted silly. We went to pick up my youngest from YMCA camp & we both laid down for a nap. I haven't taken a nap after 4pm in ages. It felt so good on a summer day to take a nap. As a matter a fact I need one right now. Someone was laying on their horn at 1am this morning. I woke up frustrated & peeked out the window. They moved on. Then at 2am the doorbell rings, Shadow, my boxer was barking madly. My sons & husband & Shadow all ran to the door. The young man from down the street wanted to make sure we knew that the is a possibility of a gas leak in the area. Peoples Energy showed up in 10minutes. We are basically electric so we were okay but I am guessin "crisis was averted." Its amazing that you never really know what dangers lurk when you go out of your house but also that can lurk in the home. God is an God cause keeps us. I just whispered, "thank You Lord!" Although I am still up at 3am & sleep is closing in only to wake up at 5:30am. For a zombie the Girl is looking fly! Also back to reality. UGH! I was so enjoy those lavish days of just doing me. The boys, well my oldest is working & my youngest in camp. The don't too much want to hang with mommy & daddy too much anymore. But it was delicious. . . .
So my morning workout suffered & I will have to do it in the evening. Step aerobics, weights & chair squats. I am looking forward to it so that I can sleep really hard tonight. lol
