Not quite the hungry I am speaking of but it is lunch time. lol I some times can be so focused on my goal that I can some times over do it. Well I've learned from my past mistake to balance my workouts over days & not just do it all in ONE day. lol I once again have that hunger to get up pray, listen to Joyce Meyers, do a light or kick my behind workout. Rest. Then start over again the next morning. If I go light, yoga & light weights, then in the evening I might go hard with step aerobics or heavier weights. The first thing I must do is listen to my body. I don't feel like it every day but when I do: BAM! Its on like Donkey Kong! lol So my question today is are you really hungry?
Today, I did 30mins of Gilad's Total Body, 40mins of Muscle Endurance, did a few minutes of belly dance with Aubre, 60mins of walking & later tonight 30mins of kickboxing with Tommy D. Oh & let me not forget my Quick Fire Challenge 5-10mins. Burn Baby Burn! WOOHOO!

I gave up soda once before but today ain't that day. lol It so hot here in Chicago, you could fry an egg on the sidewalk. I used to drink 6 (12oz) ice filled glasses of soda Faygo Peach. Guess what? I don't too much care for it anymore. I do like grape, strawberry or orange crush soda. Now I drink my water but I also like a glass of soda especially when its hot So what's your beverage choice when it gets hot? Ice tea or sweet tea or lemonade? I like peach ice tea but crystal light brand.
Today, I got up and went to the 8am worship service & Pastor preached on Let us not be weary lest we faint. It was a wonderful & thought provoking sermon. I went to visit my daughter & grandson. I wish I had an ounce of the energy that my grandson had. I could workout for about 3hours everyday with his resilience. Went home made my baked chicken & meatloaf. In between time, I made grits, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. The men folk were hungry from worship service. They ate breakfast & then once they finished, they ate dinner too. I made corn & mashed potatoes to boot. I had a slice of toast, a spoonful of scrambled eggs & a slice of bacon. I ate half a piece of chicken & some corn but I couldn't do it back to back like them. Did I mention they are all slim muscular? Makes me sick! If I even look at the food they eat I gain a pound. lol

I know, I know I should be dancin cause it hump day but I have just been a kickboxin, tae bo & crunch & punchin idiot! lol Why do I say this? Monday I did Kickbox with Tommy Deters 60mins, last night I did Tae Bo & this morning to top it off I did Cathe's Kick Punch & Crunch for 70mins! I'm have to say that I am tired & my arms, abs, legs & glutes are still movin though I am sitting still. . . .Tonight I wanted to do Muscle Endurance but I don't know if I can make it through the whole DVD? We'll see as we are having a guest pastor tonight at church & pastors say, "he don't want him preachin at empty seats." HELLO! lol
