Push & I Push . . .

To be physically fit is an achievement. I'm strong or at least I think but I was reading this article on Spark about achievements I try & try to do this one all the time but I guess I need to be patient & also take a class on yoga. lol So I continue to push & push myself to do this crane pose. Its definitely not easy but something to work towards!

What are you working towards beside your goal weight?!

Oh today my workout was walk/jog 60mins, tae bo 30mins, Yoga Pilates w/weights 60mins. Stay hydrated & enjoy the weather. . .

I am working on cutting down on my salt/sodium intake and making more foods from scratch. I'm also eating 2 fruits/veggies with every meal and snack!

    Pushups! I want to be able to do pushups! I've never had great upper-body strength and especially not now in my unfit state...but I'm getting there.

This is exactly how I felt this morning. I listened to Joyce Meyers & its always wakes me up. I was still sleepy but I gathered myself up & got dressed. Got in the morning air & felt pretty good. Traffic was the same as it always is but I made it without incident & that's a blessings.

Tonight, I will do Cathe's abs workout & stretch, push ups & Kickbox with Tommy Deters. What are you doing to kick your week off right?!

    i totallly think you can substitute the fish. it was super good and the avocado was perfect with it.

kickboxing sounds great. i have not heard of tommy deters. i am working out big time trying to save up my activities points for this weekend!

    I had the day off today to take my little man to the dr. for kindergarten shots and physical. He will be 5 Thursday. I went for a walk/run before the dr. Then, I did yoga fitness after dinner. "He woke me up this morning, and started me on my way!"

I want to wish all my guys on Spark Happy Father's Day! I am celebrating with my sons, my daughter & my grandson. He is feeling very special, with a gift card for Itunes, workout gear & a HUGE ice cream cake from Dairy Queen & a strawberry whipped cream cake from Jewel. He is just beside himself with happiness! I pray that you guys are having a blessed Sunday & Father's Day with your families!

So its Friday, Celebrate! Once again I didn't get much sleep last night either. I'm tired but not too bad. My doctor put me on iron tablets. Yikes! So that should be fun. . . I wonder will that help with some of my fatigue? Anyho, its Friday & tonight I will be doing boot camp & a few minutes of walk/jog dvd & some kickbox moves. . . I pray that I can make it through but I know I can & I will. lol

What are you doing this weekend? Any big plans?

    Praying you will make it through to Dee! I agree, yikes! My main plan for the weekend is living thru this weed rash that attacked my arms and face. Yikes again! Also repairing the garage threshold, putting up book shelves, and a walk.

So last night or this early morning, I woke up at 11pm 12:32am & 1:50am & finally 2:37am. I nudged my hubby & asked if he was up? LOL He was half & half & he was like what do you wanna talk about? Well actually I like to watch tv while in bed or it watches me so its cool with me but not with him. So I actually tried to snuggle but we just held hands. So upon waking up finally at 6am, I really didn't wake up this morning with an urgency to jumpout of bed & get into a workout. So tonight its abs yoga & been taking walk breaks all day long. So blah blah blah. . . .
