So its Friday, Celebrate! Once again I didn't get much sleep last night either. I'm tired but not too bad. My doctor put me on iron tablets. Yikes! So that should be fun. . . I wonder will that help with some of my fatigue? Anyho, its Friday & tonight I will be doing boot camp & a few minutes of walk/jog dvd & some kickbox moves. . . I pray that I can make it through but I know I can & I will. lol

What are you doing this weekend? Any big plans?

    Hope the iron tablets work for you Dee. I plan on working in the yard this weekend and get caught up on yard work. Mowing , weed pulling and so on. Keep up the great work and attitude Dee!

    Praying you will make it through to Dee! I agree, yikes! My main plan for the weekend is living thru this weed rash that attacked my arms and face. Yikes again! Also repairing the garage threshold, putting up book shelves, and a walk.

So last night or this early morning, I woke up at 11pm 12:32am & 1:50am & finally 2:37am. I nudged my hubby & asked if he was up? LOL He was half & half & he was like what do you wanna talk about? Well actually I like to watch tv while in bed or it watches me so its cool with me but not with him. So I actually tried to snuggle but we just held hands. So upon waking up finally at 6am, I really didn't wake up this morning with an urgency to jumpout of bed & get into a workout. So tonight its abs yoga & been taking walk breaks all day long. So blah blah blah. . . .

So I have had such a full week, I basically ran some errands & ran my MIL around. So I even had a nap today cause I so deserve & I'm so glad I did. . . .

Fire that Burns Within . . .

So I amped up on the inside & even though I did a tough workout yesterday morning I still did Kickbox with Tommy Deters last night! So when the fire is burning within me I have to exercise some self control or I will combust. LOL Even though I thoughy I tested my limits, there is still something on the inside extra that continues to push. I am trying not to light it burn out to quickly so I am taking my time. If I did what this fire told me to do, I would be dragging myself to the emergency room. I mean, I can do Gilad & do Kickboxing no problem. To do Boot Camp, Gilad, 3mile walk/jog & then do kickboxing is just pushing it! Well I did have 2 slices of pizza for lunch so my reward was you guessed kickbox session with Tommy D. This morning I got up & spent some time with Lord & hubby. Got up & did Dance & Be Fit (I WANT THIS DVD!) for 30mins & then did Cathe's Muscle Endurance for 60mins & a sister can barely stand. The legs are shot but I could possibly do some push ups. lol NOT!!
