You have GOT to watch this:

This is too funny but I grabbed my water as soon as I started watching this! Don't you wanna dance with me? I'm drinking 9-10 glasses daily. I'm up from 6 glasses last year. And I haven't completely given up soda but I am not buying my favorite anymore. . . .I want my water. How many glasses are you consuming?

Today, I am basically walking & doing body weight exercises like yoga. Nothing that involves me overworking my neck. Yes, I'm being very careful. I promise.

I know Wednesday we dance but I think we should hum or dance or both everyday!

    In January my son told me to drink a gallon of water/day to avoid torn muscles. I drink my gallon by 2pm daily and more when I work out. I can chug a quart at a time, something I never thought of when I began this weightloss journey. It really helps with cravings and intensifies the flavor of all foods. emoticon

    emoticon for reminding me to drink my emoticon Dee, I was busy doing things around the house and kept saying I was going to drink my water after I finish a task and never got to it! so far today I only drank 5 bottles emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon We walked 8 miles today and I ran a little so I feel emoticon losing the pounds I picked up last week lol. I've Been Robbed . . . .

So I am trying to figure out how I got this crook in my neck? I am been over & over & I've come to the conclusion that it was the way I slept on Saturday night. So its robbing me of full capacity workouts. I can slightly bob my head from side to side to my get up & go songs but I am some what sorta dancing. So even though I've been robbed I still have my health & I can workout a little so I did keep my sanity. . . . LOL

I can do a chair dance but that's about it. The crook isn't going to steal my joy!

    Boy oh boy, I know how you feel!! I am experiencing a sciatica and have for two weeks. I am chomping at the bit to exercise, but my body is saying no, no. I hurt in small ways before this but didn't know what it was. I ignored my pain and now this is the result. So my advise is rest, rest, don't push it before you are ready. I'm learning the hard way. Hope you recover speedily.

    I would question the attitude of joy when you are in pain. I would also take a look at perhaps some suppressed not so happy thoughts that may be surfacing in that pain and let it come to your conscious mind. The body speaks to us in painful ways when we avoid hearing ourselves.

Watch this video to find out what I really enjoying eating now. . . .

Last year I was saddened when I couldn't find my original but wasn't I pleasantly surprised when I tried this version & LOVED IT! Thanks to being on Sparkpeople I am able to try things even I know I might not like it. oh well, I sit at my desk & I actually have to look around cause people just stare when I eat it cause I do it just like her. emoticon I am so embarrassed emoticonabout it too but it is one my guilty pleasures without the guilt.

Today, I did some walking & will do light weights & side lunges. I am so sleepy right now but trying to eat sensible & doing pretty good so far.

What is your guiltless pleasure for fighting hunger? Don't even say water. . . .

    LOL. Love the commercial and love that Heidi Klum is actually licking the bottom of something. you know - i think you can buy these in bulk at sams club. might be worth investigating.

as far as guiltless food - fat free yogurt, pudding, and popcorn. my favs.

    We used to use Dannon Low Fat Plain, but it's nowhere in the Fort. Now we are using Stonyfield Oikos Greek Nonfat. It's a lot higher in protein and tastes like heaven!

Hope your Monday is not like this one?! Mine actually flew by & that's good but tonight I will get home & do tae bo & abs. This morning I did Yogapilates with weights & it felt great!

    Great pic. I am starting back with small steps again. Fifteen to thirty minutes is my daily goal. I messed my knees out badly a few weeks ago and I fear that the problems are permanent. So, one step at a time is good.
