So today is a GORGEOUS day here in Chicago & I have to say that I am not going outside til its time to go. Or I won't come back to work. lol So how did everyone do yesterday? I did okay but I did eat fruit snacks but not 500 calories worth.
I walked Shadow this morning, tonight I will do yoga practices, some tae bo moves, tricep dips & wash Shadow. I have the time since, I watch way too much tv.

I learn everyday that life is sharing & I enjoy sharing it with you guys! Today, me & Shadow did the do around 6 blocks & he was so happy to get out & strut his stuff it wasn't even funny. I thanked the Lord for all His grace, mercy & beauty in this world & the many blessings He has given me.
So that being said, I just want to thank each & everyone of you guys for your daily support. You guys are the BEST! I pray for you in my prayers & that with all that is going on that we still send love out & receive love back in. I love you all & let's keep making it happen. Changing our minds & lives & hearts then we are new creatures. . . .
Here are few new changes I want to implement today!
1. Read the Word & pray always
2. Stay away from Red Vines & Swedish Fish
3. Go back to my 60min cardio workouts 4x a week
4. Eat more fruits & veggies
5. Get 7+ hours sleep every night
6. Be a good listener & friend
7. Come out of seclusion
8. Have fun!
9. Try not to eat when I am NOT hungry
10. Dance, dance, dance. . . . .
So I woke up early & laid around for about 20minutes in my nice comforty bed. Then I remember that I am in charge of Shadow while my son is on his college tour. So I hopped up & got dressed & took it out on a walk/jog this morning. It was brisk but beautiful. I love the calm mornings of Chicago. Before you are barely conscious, half the city is up doing their workouts, making deliveries to stores & getting kids up for drop offs to daycare. So I am blogging early as to not do so much while I'm at work. So how will I survive Monday today without Sparkin much? I don't know its something new but we will see. I guess I could do my job? Nah! lol Anyway, I hope you all are grabbing Monday by the horns & riding it like a cowboy.
Today Shadow & I did a walk/jog for 20mins, 30mins of All Star Workouts Boot Camp, 45mins of abs/stretch with Cathe & will walk an additional 60mins.
So Sunday dinner will have to be put on hold due to family outings. We have an infant who is being christened today, which I can't make it but I will get there to the family bbq which I will hopefully find one lone piece of grilled chicken breast with some broccoli to boot. I did cook Spaghetti last week & I picked up some chicken thighs & salmon which I will try after my workout to cook. Thankfully chicken can basically cook on their own in the oven & salmon only takes about 18-23 minutes baking as well. So I pray someone else will hold up the blood stain banner & cook a feast worthy for Palm Sunday! What good food ideas do you guys have for Resurrection Sunday?!
