At the beginning of January FitTv changed my Cathe from 6am some new dumbfangled yoga, bhangra dancing & some of other crazy stuff. I can't seem to get my a.m. workouts like I used to. That enable to have more fitness minutes & got my day started.
In other news, I did upgrade one of my cable boxes to a DVR so I can record Cathe's workout & do them the next day. This is challenging for me again cause I workout in my bedroom & I don't want to be dragging, 10-20lbs weights up & down the stairs! I guess it could give me some incentives to work my lower body.
Oh well, still I'm feeling sluggish cause I am not gettin my workouts in like I want to this year. When I get home in the evening I got time for yoga or sit ups or a 30minute workout before my tv programs come on or I have fix dinner for the boys.
Any comments or suggestions? Input is welcomed! LOL
