So its the end of the weekend & we've all shared time with our families. Today is especially true with me sitting down & eating our semi-soul food dinner.
I remembered my mom cooking every Sunday & I now do the same for my family as a tradition. I mix & match & I've come up with healthier versions of my moms recipes & we seldom have fried chicken up in here. LOL
Spinach Salad - Healthy
Baked Chicken - Mid-Healthy butter added
Baked BBQ Wings - Mid-Healthy bbq sauce added
Steamed Broccoli - Healthy
Spaghetti & Meatballs - ????
Garlic Toast - Not Healthy

Hope you spent time with your family just talking. Its strange how our kids change & grow so quickly. Make your own traditions.
A must have on your Ipod! Really gets me moving!! Not that I was really bad but I love the small changes cause people see them BIG! I haven't stood on the scale my pants & tops are really giving way to plenty of space! I'm loving the word transform!
