Well since I got home I have been wanting a home cooked breakfast so badly. So instead of 1%milk & raisin bran & a banana, I opted for the thick chick breakfast:
It consisted of 2 scrambled eggs, 3 sliced of maple bacon, a slice of parker house sausage & a slice of honey wheat toast butter & grape jelly. The picture above is slightly inaccurate but it looked close enough! LOL
Now I need to do my sit ups but I'm partially full since I shared my breakfast with Shadow. About 2 glasses of water would complete me as being full. So I am off for a morning stroll but I have to change my shorts cause they are for workouts only. Then sit ups & then my favorite:

So I woke up at 6am but couldn't do my workout cause my son Tristan was lying in my path. He likes to sleep in our room cause I keep my tv on until the wee hours in the morning. So I sat there in a delirious state cause I know I need to move my body. I was in a knot! So what did I do? I went to FitTv & saw that my blend of yoga, pilates & tai chi with 3lb weights would be on & I was excited!! I love this cause even though your are flowing & barely moving, I wasn't wet but I was getting moist. So its safe to say if the air wasn't blowing I probably would've been sweating more. LOL So I got in a nice a.m. workout & abs & finishing up my QFC & I'm done for the day! Tomorrow Cathe's Legs & Glutes on FitTv, why buy when I can watch them on cable.
