So I went to the grocery store on Saturday to get my Dannon Blended Fruit Strawberry & Peach 12pk & they weren't there. . They've disappearing from my grocery store shelves. .

I know, I know the calories & carbs alone should make me stop looking but I can't help myself! It took me 3months to finish one cup of yogurt & these helped me immensely.
Wait I have to dry my tears. . .

So I was in Target the other day & they had a buy 4 12pks for $9 of this:
I had never had blueberry or raspberry so I asked my son to try them with me. Imagine, I was setting myself up to NOT like them but after my son said they tasted pretty good & could he have the raspberry, I tried them. Well they weren't the Blended Fruit but the blueberry actually tasted pretty good. Needless to say I have turned another pivotal corner in my healthier lifestyle cause Lite & Fit very little carbs, sugar & fat & they are 60 calories! Unlike my Blended Fruit which were about 100-120 calories, 24carbs or more & the sugar. I'm getting a toothache right now! So I can now do my happy dance!
Well when I woke up this morning, I could hardly move & it was my first day back to work. I didn't want to get up & this in turn interferred with giving 90% to my kickbox session & QFC. So I today I paid the price of hard work & it felt great! So I get a meager workout in but I got one in all the same & I will count it all joy!
So today is the last day of my staycation & did I lie around & eat bonbons or call friends & complain about having to go to work tomorrow?! Nah, I enjoy my job for the most part but what I will miss most about being able to stay home all day. . . . .working out HARD!!
Just on impulse doing whatever I felt like doing for my workout that day & not worry that I had finish it up & get to work. . .No I worked with Cathe & she can be a beast!
This is my favorite DVD of hers. I also dig the Kick Punch & Crunch & Imax 3 which I can split into 30min workouts. That appeals to me when I need something quick but burns loads of calories!
I also got to do Jillian Michaels & she gets in there where Cathe didn't & Man, I just want to cry!!

completing these workouts!! I can have that cookie or very thin slice of pound cake & not feel like you I'm gaining weight just from looking! So if you kick butt today or worked hard, then get plenty of water!
We're having a heat wave here in Chicago so I have been indoors with my workouts. I got lots of walking yesterday before the heat was on but my mind started to wonder . . . . What do people do for workouts when it gets so hott? So what are your safe workouts during the heat that blazes 95+?
