Had a great workout this morning, walked 90minutes & then worked out with Gilad & did some kickboxing. Got my fruits & veggies but I did look at Fibsure, Metamucil, flaxseed oil too but then I wanna be able to eat my nutrients.

    Well you certainly (and always) do better in the exercise department than I did. I got sidetracked this morning doing stuff around the house and bulletin boards for the church and just never got to it. This was actually one of my best exercise weeks in some time so, I'll start again tomorrow. I'm really liking the short videos in the morning. My body actually missed it today - wow - that's a switch - lol.

    Awesome!!! I struggle with that as well, so my hubby and I bought a juicer and now we juice it and drink it...it gets in our veggies in one shot!! I figure if I can drink tequila...I can drink veggie juice!!! Congrats again!! You rock! emoticon

What's Gonna Work?

One of my grandson's favorite educational programs is WonderPets & I just love the theme song! Which simply states, "What's Gonna Work?" what else, "TeamWork!" So I am so glad to have a such a wonder network of positive people all pulling for each other & me too! Today ask yourself, "What can I do to motivate another team member?" Then just do It!

Let's keep motivating one another! Together we CAN do this!

    For the most part I am the person that I am perceived on Spark. Some times I am as tame as a lion then there was this one time a year ago I completely lost my mind & contended that I am here to totally lose weight & get the help I need but to also be a help to those in needs. When I went back to the basics & stop trying to fight was fair & what is unfair, I could do what I was supposed to do, lose weight.

    Happy Friday to you too Dee - I like to think that I'm the person that I hope I come across as on SP. I have pretty much always looked for the good in people and life situations. My father taught me that at a young age. I'm pretty positive when it comes to everyday life - that's just my nature. I've been through some tough life situations and at the time they seemed quite impossible but I've become a better person because of them. So, yes, I hope so....

    I think everyone is different in real life because online you cannot totally decipher a person based on words or pictures. I think your online persona is just part of what makes you the whole person that you are.
