Once Again I'm Denied . . . .

Sabotage is a deliberate action aimed at weakening another entity through subversion, obstruction, disruption, and/or destruction. In a workplace setting, sabotage is the conscious withdrawal of efficiency generally directed at causing some change in workplace conditions. One who engages in sabotage is a saboteur.

I my friends am a self proclaimed saboteur! As I look into each of those mirrors, the person staring back at me has once again denied me. I can not be outraged for I am the person who is upsetting the balance of healthy eating & weight loss. I need to learn how to be more pliable. To be as Bruce Lee once put it, the water, which takes on the form of whatever shape it is poured into. I must be the ball too. Just not the butterball! LOL

Are you deny yourself skinny jeans & sleek tank tops? We need to stand up
& confess our weakness in order to become strong. I am a junk food junkie. . . . emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I loved this blog!!!

I too have to give my days where I can have 1 treat for the day. So this week my 2 days are Sunday & Thursday. Yesterday I have 5 cookies (233 calories) and then Thursday I will get to have a Rice Krispy treat. I have to plan out my sweet days b/c last week, I had sweets after lunch & dinner. So I know that no longer works & had to go back to what I used to do which was allow myself 2 days a week for a sweet treat (which is suppose to be under 200 calories went a little over that yesterday.,.LOL).

    I can't give up junk food all together, it's all about moderation and occasionally telling yourself no! I too, love cookies, cupcakes, chips, movie theatre popcorn and so much more...

    Although I love junk food, I prefer "real" food! BUT! I'm wanting the cornbread and biscuits, rice, potatoes, and gravies that go with the veggies and fruit! I'm learning to give up the "bad" stuff most of the time but still eat a "little" bit at times!

Still Hungry?!

Do you find that you are still hungry even though you have just eaten? emoticon Then you need to drink your emoticon when you feel those hunger pangs call upon you. Do it for you & your committee to being healthier everyday!

    Yes I'm hungry! I had a cup of Southern syle purple hull peas and a grilled hamburger pattie with onions for lunch but I worked if off out in the yard!!! Now I'm sitting here with my water for another hour or so (4:15 p.m.) before I have my big salad for dinner! Thank God for this wonderful water!

I'm not this ready for summer but I can put on a tank & shorts & be comfortable inside my own skin. What about you? emoticonAre you happy where are? emoticon

If not, keep working we got some 20 odd/even days to lose a little more jiggle. LOL

So its Thursday & even though we had Monday off as a holiday, I'm so tired of work this week. I have though been able to boost my workouts into overdrive! Some times I'm like when my mind is clutter with things. I de-stress by working out & do yogalates stretches!! What is that you ask?
