Well, I am on day two and I am pretty motivated at this point. My husband is supportive of me watching what I eat. I still can eat whatever I want, I just have to be more careful of "how much" I eat. I have realized after just one day that on an average day I was eating over 3,000 calories...and I wasnt pigging out either, but I was eating too many sweets which adds up the calories. I can feed the same craving on something much lower in calories. Considering that I dont burn nearly enough, I shouldnt be eating that much.
So a change of habbit wont hurt anything at all...I just have to be more observant. And to tell you the truth, I'm surprised at how easy this is, and how motivating it is and I feel so cleen after just one day of eating well. I feel great today, and I am not starving or craving anything at all! YAY FOR ME!!
