ONEDERLAND!!!!

I'M ACTUALLY IN ONEDERLAND NOW YYEESSSSSSSS!!!!! I've refocused this year and I'm doing a 21 Warrior Challenge at my gym and its working!! Doing "back-flips" right now. Gotta keep this momentum going!!! One day I'll tell my story of ups & downs and plateaus for the past year and a 1/2 in a separate post.

Last Month Current

Neck – 14.25’ 13.75’
Arm – 15’ 14.5’
Chest – 42.5’ 41’
Waist – 38.5’ 37.25’
Hips – 44.25’ 43.75’
Thigh – 26.25’ 25.50’
Calf – 16.75’ 16.25’

My Waist to Hip ratio went down from .87 to .85 so I’m happy with the progress so far My starting weight was 212.2, now it’s 205.6, a difference of 6.6 lbs. I've officially lost the 20 lbs I've gained over the summer Halleluia!!! So even if you didn’t lose a lot of lbs in a month, measure yourself b/c you may be losing fat, inches and gaining muscle. Your body can change positively in just a few weeks time so know that your efforts are paying off in the long run.

    Excellent! I want to try this. I've always weighed myself, but I'm thinking to do measurements to track progress instead of relying on my scale.

"I hereby pledge that I will not give up... no matter what! My body and my mind deserve the benefits that proper nutrition and exercise bring (at ANY weight), and I really can make a difference in my health. I pledge to be consistent in my habits in order to create/maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is attainable, no matter how long it takes. I understand that my attitude is half the battle, so I will remain positive and ask for help when I need it. I will not let my mind make excuses without challenging their validity. Finally, I will make my health a high priority in my life, and no matter how busy I am, I will make time for my healthy habits--because I am worth it."

BLC #15 (Wave Runners) - August MUB

~ Get into Onederland, or @ least within 10 lbs of it (bet 199-209 lbs)

~Go on @ least 2 WOGs (walk/jog) per wk, preferably outdoors

~ Take @ least 1 spin class a wk.

~Swim @ least 2x a wk

~Don't have more than 10 cheat meals per week & watch yr portions! And keep yr late meals light & not too late ;)

~ Drum up new business, help some families! Organize, strategize, prioritize!

~Have better discipline, stop procrastinating important daily tasks! Also, be on time for everything, or no more than 15 mins late.

~ The foundation: Be in bed for the night by 2am, no excuses, 'nuff said!!!

~ Seal the deal on a daycare/preschool for the lil one. Get the potty training back up to speed?

~CLEAN UP YOUR BILLS!!! DO WHATEVER IT TAKES, DON'T DELAY ANY FURTHER!!

(Yea, I know it's a lot of the same stuff, but it's basically recurring issues that I needed to work on...)

I think this is a big one I have a problem with too. I am either too early or very late, but it's usually because of someone else. But I love the way you say "be on time", then "or no more than 15 minutes late". I love it! It lets you out of the goal altogether!

    Procrastination is such a hard one! What do you do to help stop procrastinating? I found that I often over estimate the time it will take to get that yucky job done and if I break it down into smaller increments it totally helps. For example, today I need to pay the bills (something I've been procrastinating on for 5 days because "it takes so long"). But when I break it down, it's actually not so bad. It starts with 2 minutes to gather my things for banking, then 3 minutes to gather my once off payments for new things, then 5 minutes to put it all in the computer. Let's add 5 or 6 minutes for my slow internet connection and within 10-15 minutes I'll be done. Once I'm done, I can do something fun. It helps me :) I better go pay those bills now while I am at it :)
