My Waist to Hip ratio went down from .87 to .85 so Im happy with the progress so far My starting weight was 212.2, now its 205.6, a difference of 6.6 lbs. I've officially lost the 20 lbs I've gained over the summer Halleluia!!! So even if you didnt lose a lot of lbs in a month, measure yourself b/c you may be losing fat, inches and gaining muscle. Your body can change positively in just a few weeks time so know that your efforts are paying off in the long run.

Finally, I will make my health a high priority in my life, and no matter how busy I am, I will make time for my healthy habits--because I am worth it."
I must never ever forget that and refer to that hwenever I'm down in the dumps or whatever, yea!! :D

~ Get into Onederland, or @ least within 10 lbs of it (bet 199-209 lbs)
~Go on @ least 2 WOGs (walk/jog) per wk, preferably outdoors
~ Take @ least 1 spin class a wk.
~Swim @ least 2x a wk
~Don't have more than 10 cheat meals per week & watch yr portions! And keep yr late meals light & not too late ;)
~ Drum up new business, help some families! Organize, strategize, prioritize!
~Have better discipline, stop procrastinating important daily tasks! Also, be on time for everything, or no more than 15 mins late.
~ The foundation: Be in bed for the night by 2am, no excuses, 'nuff said!!!
~ Seal the deal on a daycare/preschool for the lil one. Get the potty training back up to speed?
~CLEAN UP YOUR BILLS!!! DO WHATEVER IT TAKES, DON'T DELAY ANY FURTHER!!
(Yea, I know it's a lot of the same stuff, but it's basically recurring issues that I needed to work on...)

~ Get rid of my first 100 lbs for good!!! That's getting down to 216 tobe exact and then working my way out of the 210's (Gotta get out of the 220's 1st of course!)
~~~OMG AS OF THIS MORNING, SATURDAY, JULY 28TH, I WEIGH EXACTLY 216 LBS (216.2 lol) Yes I'm a 100 lbs later, I can't beleive it!!! My family said they want to celebrate, woohoo!! I'm so overwhelmed, I don't even know like how to process & take it in. Been a hectic weekend so far as well. Soon as I wind down, I'll follow up w a reflection blog w pics!!!
~Go on @ least 1-2 WOGs (walk/jog) outdoors per wk.
~~Yep, did one lastnight on the treadmill :) I see more improvement, I can jog for a min & a 1/2 straight comfortably, yay!! :D
~ Take @ least 1 spin class a wk.
~~Nope, miss 'em, wasn't able to get there in time. But I did try out the Boot Camp class for the first last night since it was right after the spin class anyways.
~Swim 2-3x a wk
~~Got it in Monday night, yup! Needed to do another one but hey...
~Try not to have more than 5 cheat meals per week & be extra careful on the weekends when I tend to "celebrate" for some reason (social event, achievements, relaxing, etc).
~~I've made improvements, but this weekend I "celebrated" QUITE a bit at family functions, etc... oops! Luckily I stayed on my feet for hrs @ a time, so hopefully I was able to burn some of that off...
~ Build some new business, help some families! Become a Crusader for Middle Class America Organize, stategize, prioritize!
~~Missed the quarterly Fast Start Meeting 'cuz my ride wasn't able to make it. Boo... But I did plug in to the Weds night meeting & it was fantabulous!!
~Be on time for everything, or @ least try not to be over 15 mins late.
~~I'm still trying... & still I wont give up!! I'm @ least becoming more aware of what's makingme late & why. Am trying to work thru those issues...
~Stop putting things off & complete the most important tasks of the day as quickly as possible
~~Again, improvements made, less on my checklist, yes!
~ Be in bed for the night by 2am, no later than 3 am (crazy objective I know, but I gotta start somewhere)
~~It's gotten better, some nights, yea, some not so good... :D
~ Consistently potty train & look arnd for someplace to send her for the fall
~~I checked out the Speech Therapist's Daycare w Mariah. So far so good, gonna have my older brother or sister check out the place w me so that I can a different view on what's there. I might check out another place or 2 to see if its a good fit for the lil one :) TBD further another time...
~Make a spreadsheet or something, place some calls, fill out & fax some forms & straighten up yr me$$!! Catch up on my bills ASAP!! And make more $$!
~~So far, I tackled a few of my bills and looked @ some of my accts... I'm beginning to face the music. I need to just get myself together, be disciplined & dig myelf out of this hole & wanna be trapped by anyone!
~Maintain a more DIVALICIOUS appearance @ all times! (and rid yr closet of old or too big clothes ;))
~~I got me some admirers. You know I looked cute for an outing or 2 last sat & caught the eye & attention of a nice handsome guy who was "mesmerized" by me so to speak b/c of the way I carried myself, looked, dressed, etc according to him. Now imagine if I went to that bbq w a scarf on, dressed down on pajama like clothing & he was there? Uum nah... they said love could happened when u least expect it, so be prepared in yr appearance just in care...
