I pride myself in knowing a lot about fitness and nutrition, but today I'm wondering what it's going to take. I'm working out 5-6 days a week for an hour in an agressive boot camp, I'm eating mostly fruits and vegetables, my weight is fluctuating, but so is my body fat. I'm seeing some difference in the way my clothes fit - but it's not enough. What do I have to do???
