I had a day of bombed eating, no biggy, it happens. I won't let it get the best of me. NOw, I know that I haven't ate nearly enough calories to warrant a true "fat" weight gain. This morning I weiged out of curiosity and was up like 2 pounds. I am attributing this gain to the fact that I haven't been drinking enough water. And, my body isn't happy with my sleep situation. Blah blah blah, excuses excuses.

Anyhow, I feel a teetering spirit, but I refuse to let it take hold. I won't do it. I just won't, and can't.

I am probably typing this because its 4:30am and I got crap for sleep yesterday and I've been at work all nigh. I am so tired and faint feeling. I don't know what the heck is going on. Is it calorie related, iron related, or just plain sleep deprivation. I dunno. What I do know is that if I am not getting the sleep my body needs, it will be that much harder to lose weight. ugh

GO AWAY EASTER CANDY!!!!!!!!! Where's the protein??? Latte? What was I thinking? My calories aren't horrendous, but they could be lower, or of, um, better quality, ya know? Aunt Flo reared her ugly head this week and she is exercising her power. NO more excuses :)

    I got rid of all the Easter candy. Without it there is no temptation. It won't be long until summer is here. Don't let the Easter bunny make you wear your big shorts this summer:)

The past 2 weeks I have been pretty committed to logging my food. Its a really easy and addictive thing to do once you get into it. I have watched the scaled move slowly down with each week which is more than I was seeing before I was logging.

I have a point to this blog, lol. Most days, even when my calorie count is fine, I am seeing somewhere I have made a stupid choice. No matter how "smart" you try to be at Burger king, its still going to warrant more calories than I like to spend. I am seeing my biggest errors in eating by tracking every bite. There is something to be said about that!

    I agree with you Amber! :) It really helps to "see" what I am eating. And just knowing I have to log it for all to see makes me re-think some things I want to eat. Ha!

    i agree, now that i have been keeping a written food journal i am more conscious about what i eat. I am finding I am making better choices now!!
